Marble Beach – Trincomalee

Marble Beach in Trincomalee is one of Sri Lanka’s most stunning coastal escapes, famous for its powder-soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by lush greenery and sheltered by a natural bay, it’s perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the Indian Ocean. Managed within a Sri Lanka Air Force area, the beach is exceptionally clean and family-friendly. From Colombo, the easiest route is via the A6 Highway through Kurunegala, Dambulla, and Habarana to Trincomalee, a scenic drive of around 5–6 hours (approximately 265 km).
